GSO 3100 Gynecologic Surgery & Obstetrics Selective
The Gynecologic Surgery and Obstetrics Selective provides students an introduction to (or a continued exploration of) the vast field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Depending on their interests, students can choose to concentrate on one or two particular aspects of Gynecologic Surgery & Obstetrics, such as the clinic, operating room, or labor and delivery or they may choose to have a comprehensive experience encompassing all three areas. Additionally, depending on where students choose to rotate, they may have the opportunity to explore subspecialties in Ob/Gyn such as Maternal Fetal Medicine, Gyn-Oncology, Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, and Uro-gynecology.
