MCB 1000 Fundamental Concepts & Techniques in BioEngineering
This course is designed to provide USU graduate students with a comprehensive introduction to basic biotechnological concepts, techniques and applications, examined largely through the lens of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. Lectures, labs and discussion will include bioengineering concepts, skills and constraints as well as applications in molecular and cell biology.
Prerequisite
Undergraduate-level genetics, cell and molecular biology, to be assessed on a case-by-case basis by course director.
