CAMS 3306 Project Management
This course trains Special Operations Civil Affairs Medical Sergeants (SOCAMS) in civil-military operations, logistics, information gathering, and civil reconnaissance. It highlights the role of Civil Affairs forces in project management, emphasizing achieving goals within given constraints. This includes understanding and influencing partners and local populations, conducting military government operations, and enabling civil-military operations.
