NSO 907 Seminar Preparation Workshop for MD/PhD
This course will provide instruction to students on preparation and presentation of a seminar talk. Using a condensed format and drawing from the Elements of Seminar Presentation Course (NSO906), students will meet weekly for 1 hour for a total of 6 weeks. Topics will include seminar content, slide design, elements of effective communication, stress management strategies, etc. Students will be graded on a 15 minute seminar presentation based on laboratory work during their 1st or 2nd year at USU.
