RGF 5113 Interdisciplinary Seminar III

The purpose of this course is to teach the third year resident interdisciplinary treatment planning. The ability of the resident to effectively communicate and coordinate treatment with the other dental specialties is evaluated. In addition, the resident must select a clinical case to present in a classroom setting to all specialties. The resident will be evaluated by all specialties in the ability to select a case that effectively underlines the importance of interdisciplinary consultations. The quality of the presentation and its delivery will also be evaluated. This course differs from the second year course in its requirement to present a more complex case than the one presented in the second.
