FLH 210 Dental Pharmacology 2-1
This seminar is designed to review commonly prescribed pharmacologic agents. Students gain knowledge in drug indications, contraindications, mechanisms of action, adverse reactions, drug interactions, pharmacodynamics and kinetics, and management considerations for dental therapy. Residents are assigned a drug category for presentation once during his/her residency program. Resident presentations are scheduled quarterly.
