ANE 4220 Chronic Pain Elective
This elective allows students to be involved in the care of patients in the chronic pain management clinic. They will be responsible for supervised evaluation of new and established pain patients. They will participate in performing appropriate regional conduction blocks, and developing outpatient treatment regimens. In addition, they will assist with inpatient consults.
Prerequisite
None. NOTE: This elective does not fulfill the graduation requirement; the Anesthesia Clerkship (ANE 3205 or ANE 4205) must be successfully completed before graduation.
