FLH 226 Basic Dental Implant Course
This course provides information on bone physiology, diagnosis and treatment planning of dental implant patients, pre-implant site preparation, techniques of dental implant placement and restoration, management of complications, and maintenance of dental implants. Surgical and restorative technique portions of the course emphasize the Biomet 3I/Nobel BioCare implant systems; however, alternative systems with their advantages and disadvantages are discussed.
