MLTS 1206 Urinalysis and Body Fluids
This course introduces the principles and concepts of urine and body fluid analysis procedures. This course is designed to provide the student with a foundation in urinalysis and body fluids and prepares the student for clinical phase 2 rotation. Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to perform manual and automated urine and body fluid procedures and interpret results and recognize clinical significance and correlations in a laboratory setting under the supervision of a qualified laboratory technician/technologist.
