N 2900 Introduction to Basic Histopathology Techniques, Special Proc and Lab Management

This course will provide the oral and maxillofacial pathology resident with experience in basic histopathologic procedures, including the processing, sectioning, and staining of submitted tissue specimens. The resident will become familiar with the basic operation and programming of the tissue processor and use of the embedding station and the microtome.
