OTA 2991 Occupational Therapy Assistant Clinical Practicum I
The first course of Level II Fieldwork. Students are assigned to DoD Medical Treatment Facilities or civilian institutions to develop performance skills appropriate to the initial-entry OTA. Students work with clients of all ages, with a wide range of injuries and/or disabilities in a minimum of 1 practice settings. This unit initiates Level II Fieldwork requirements for the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
