RBB 153 Practice Management
Residents receive instruction in tools and techniques for management of a successful dental practice. Principles of practice, personnel, and facility management are presented, with an emphasis on Army ethics, values, policies, and regulations. Supplemental presentations are provided by headquarters staff, clinic OICs, and visiting consultants. They generally include personnel management with the Civilian Personnel Officer, credentials with the Credentials Manager, risk management with the Staff Judge Advocate, financial management with the Budget Analyst, enlisted personnel management with the Clinic NCOIC, and command perspectives with the DENTAC Commander.
