SFMS 1301 General Animal Science

A comprehensive overview of the application of biology in the care and use of livestock animals, equines, and multi-purpose canines. Within the course students explore the challenges and difficulties of caring for animals within an austere setting. The course focuses on practical skills and knowledge needed to care for and deal with varied types of animals and animal issues worldwide.
