SUBI 3302 Principles of Radiation Health

This course is designed to teach the students atomic structure and radiophysiology/pathology. Focus is given to applying how fission affects atoms and which is applied to larger effects on molecules, tissues, organs, and the whole body. Topics may include major components of an atom, interactions of radiation with matter, and direct/indirect ionizing radiation.
