NMTS 4402 Advanced Diagnostic Procedures

This course is designed to provide a review of basic anatomy and physiological functions associated with various organs and organ systems encountered in the field of Nuclear Medicine.  Instruction also encompasses related anatomy, physiology, and pathology of imaging procedures including: bone, brain, kidney, lung, liver, spleen, bone marrow, cardio perfusion and function, cisternography, thyroid, salivary glands, stomach, testicular, transmission, tumor and infection survey, miscellaneous imaging, and various dynamic studies such as brain and cardiac flow assessment.
