NSO 701 Neuroscience Senior Student Seminar
The Neuroscience Senior Student Seminar is designed to expose students to a wide range of topics in the Neuroscience field, presented by experts from the local and national area. The class meets Thursdays at 3:30pm and includes a seminar presentation from a subject matter expert, followed by discussion. Once per quarter, senior students must present their work in a 15 – 40-minute seminar. Seminar presentations will be critiqued by faculty and post-docs in the Neuroscience program; feedback will be delivered the following week in a meeting with the course director. Seminar attendance is required. Seminar presentation may be waived for students who present their work orally at the Graduate Student Colloquium.
