PMO 515 Chronic Disease Epidemiology and Control
This class is a survey of significant chronic diseases, focusing on those that have high morbidity and mortality within the United States and a large impact on populations worldwide. We will investigate some of the behaviors associated with development of chronic diseases, and then study some specific chronic diseases, looking at distribution and etiology, public health impact, and mitigation measures.
