PROR 848 Treatment Planning Board
The resident is assigned eight complex treatment cases over the first 16 months of the residency. For each case, the resident must obtain diagnostic records and prepare a detailed classroom presentation including findings, diagnoses, treatment plan, and prognosis. Following the presentation of the case, the resident is subjected to 1 hour of oral questions by staff and fellow residents. The presentation and oral question portion follow the format for Section B of the American Board of Prosthodontics certification examination.
