PVNT 2502 Introduction to Epidemiology and Biostatistics - Navy
This course provides an introduction to the basic theory and methods of probability and statistics as they apply to Public Health. Students explore principles of epidemiology and control of communicable diseases. Topics include disease transmission, and prevention of viral, bacterial, and parasitic disease. Special emphasis is given to Rabies and Tuberculosis prevention and control. This course may satisfy general education requirements of the CAHS.
