MLTS 2501 Clinical Chemistry and Urinalysis Practicum
This course provides clinical rotation training in clinical chemistry laboratory operations within a Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) environment. It focuses on automated chemistry analyzer operations, quality control (QC) execution and interpretation, specimen integrity and interference evaluation across diverse specimen types, workflow execution including BID procedures, patient result analysis across normal and critical values, and result certification in compliance with local Operating Instructions (OIs).
