HPE 910 Doctoral Dissertation in HPE
This is a recurring course (offered each quarter), wherein PhD in HPE learners are exposed to the requirements for the PhD dissertation and are given time and mentoring support towards the completion of those requirements. This course will cover all elements of the dissertation, including proposal submission, meeting the written requirements for peer-reviewed publications, writing an introduction and discussion section, and preparing of the oral defense. Learners will work intensively with their research advisors and will also be expected to plan and facilitate a portion of these sessions to foster their skill in leadership competencies.
