RBB 302 Periodontics 2

This course is designed to increase the resident’s competence in surgical and non-surgical periodontal therapy. Residents will learn current concepts as well as surgical and diagnostic principles during didactic sessions. In addition to the objectives of the first-year, second year residents will present formal case presentations to the first year residents in which they will defend and justify all aspects of the treatment for cases they have personally completed. They will also expand their treatment skills and professional judgment, and will provide periodontal procedures with more independence.
