SURI 3208 Intro Radiography, Psych Disorders, & Infectious Disease

This course is designed to teach the basic principles of radiology, common normal and abnormal findings seen on a chest film, and common fractures seen in orthopedic x-rays. Topics also include management and clinical care of psychiatric disorders and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It requires students to assess diagnosis and formulate treatment plans for infectious disease.
