SFMS 4304 Traumatic Wound Surgical Management II

This course is an extension of the Traumatic Wound Surgical Management I course. The topics include, neglected and mismanaged war wounds, compartment syndrome, and the monitoring and care of post-operative patients. Students receive a full picture of the austere surgical care system and some complications and challenges of portable surgical care.
