SFMS 4402 Regional Anesthesia
The regional anesthesia course builds upon the knowledge and skills obtained through general anesthesia performance. The focus of the course is on performing and achieving pain alleviation or control in a regional manner while utilizing a nerve stimulator. Performing peripheral nerves blocks for varied areas of the body is investigated, outlined, and performed. The regional anesthesia process is examined extensively in conjunction with war wound pathologies.
