RCC 4111 Minimal Sedation II
The sedation course is designed to meet all of the requirements necessary for the residents to be properly trained and credentialed in both inhalation and minimal sedation techniques. The course includes basic didactic training in respiratory anatomy, autonomic and respiratory physiology, patient assessment, pharmacology, pain management, local anesthesia, and medical emergency management. The course follows the guidelines set forth by the American Dental Association and prepares residents to complete the required cases under supervision.
