NURS 6630 Application & Integration of Advanced Clinical Concepts
This course integrates advanced clinical concepts into clinical practice for advanced practice nursing students. Students will use a life span approach to apply advanced assessment, diagnosis, therapeutic, health promotion and prevention strategies to order and interpret diagnostic tests, develop nuanced differential diagnoses, select appropriate primary diagnoses and skills in the management of complex disease processes across the lifespan. Management of individuals and populations in the military health system, deployed, humanitarian and austere conditions are emphasized within the course curriculum.
