RGF 5013 Resident Administration/Leadership Development III

The purpose of this course is for the third year residents to rotate on a monthly basis in serving as Chief Resident assuming responsibility for numerous administrative aspects of the residency program where the leadership and administrative skills of the resident are evaluated.
