RGF 5113 Interdisciplinary Seminar III
The purpose of this course is to teach the third-year resident interdisciplinary treatment planning. The ability of the resident to effectively communicate and coordinate treatment with the other dental specialties is evaluated. In addition, the resident must select a clinical case to present in a classroom setting to all specialties. The resident will be evaluated by all specialties in the ability to select a case that effectively underlines the importance of interdisciplinary consultations. The quality of the presentation and its delivery will also be evaluated. This course differs from the second-year course in its requirement to present a more complex case than the one presented in the second.
