HCB 2306 Circulatory Stabilization and Shock Management

This course trains military and pre-hospital healthcare providers in the critical clinical skills required to evaluate, restore, and maintain patient hemodynamic stability in both operational and clinical environments. Students will master Circulation Management, focusing on the rapid assessment of perfusion, treatment of hemorrhagic and non-hemorrhagic shock, and the initiation of intravenous (IV) or intraosseous (IO) access. The curriculum emphasizes fluid resuscitation protocols, pulse monitoring, and advanced circulatory support techniques necessary to prevent cardiovascular collapse and sustain patient life during prolonged field care.
