HPE 603 Reflections on Leadership

Interpersonal competence and reflection are important skills for leaders in any organization. The purpose of this seminar is to create an interactive online community in which we use your personal reflections, online reflections from the group, and your practice experiences as means to explore and grow in your leadership skills.  In this seminar, you will analyze and integrate your leadership experiences with established leadership principles and theories.

2. Critically analyze leadership focused HPE cases using established principles, theory and reflection skills.
