HPE 614 Principles of Simulation-Based Learning in HPE
This course deals with simulation-based learning environments, their theoretical foundations, applications, and design and pedagogical practices (e.g., curricular integration, scaffolding, feedback, and reflection). We will also address assessment in simulation, including assessment formats (e.g., OSCE, OSAT) and the diverse assessment options available in simulated contexts and applications (e.g., undergraduate, postgraduate, patient safety, continuing professional education).
