ORPT 722 Classic Literature Review I
This course uses an evidence-based approach to review and discuss articles from the American Board of Orthodontics’ suggested reading list for the ABO Phase II examination, as well as articles selected by the orthodontic faculty. The selected articles are reviewed and discussed in a weekly seminar format. Assigned residents prepare a one-page abstract of each article reviewed. Critical reading of scientific articles is emphasized along with a discussion of the concepts, techniques and theories espoused.
