DLBT 2406 Fixed Prosthodontics II

This course is designed to further enhance the student's knowledge and practical aptitude in fixed prosthodontics. The curriculum provides didactic and practical engagement in the parts, design, and construction of fixed dental prostheses. Students will gain essential experience with soldering techniques during both fabrication and repair procedures. A key element of the course is the fabrication and soldering of a multi-unit metal fixed dental prosthesis. The course concludes with the fabrication of a post and core using the indirect method.
