PSY 4330 Outpatient Psychiatry Elective
This is an outpatient rotation, under close staff supervision. Students will perform initial patient evaluations, devise management plans & follow patients in ongoing treatment. Rotation emphasis is to provide experience in assessments, crisis intervention, psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy. This rotation allows one student/rotation/site, with some rotations not being available.

Prerequisite
This course can only be taken AFTER completion of the Psychiatry Clerkship (PSY 3200).
