PSY 4430 Forensic Psychiatry Elective
Students will participate in a variety of medical-legal evaluations to include assessments of competency to stand trial, criminal responsibility, and competency to make medical decisions. Didactics will address these issues as well as landmark medical-legal cases and military unique legal and administrative evaluations. This rotation allows 1 (one) student/rotation, with some rotations not being available.

Prerequisite
This course can only be taken AFTER completion of the Psychiatry Clerkship (PSY 3200)
